Gained - how much the manager's coach rating changed over their rated matches in 2006, weighed against the opponent and the venue. Club - their last club of the year. Coach rating - their rank in Week 1, 2007, the week that published this final (games up to Sun 31 Dec 2006). Only managers ranked at the year's end (30+ rated matches) are listed. The final includes the games of 29-31 December, so it can differ from the last weekly 2006 table. It never changes.

Descriptive, not predictive. The coach rating measures what a manager's teams did against what was expected of them. It doesn't forecast results. How the rating works ›
